Using curateddd

curateddd lets you create, refine, and order custom artwork using prompts, chat, generated previews, and related product tools. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms.

You are responsible for the information, prompts, files, references, and instructions you provide, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content

You retain rights you already have in content you submit to curateddd. By submitting content, you give curateddd and its service providers permission to host, copy, process, display, modify, and use that content as needed to provide, operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit your content and to allow curateddd to process it for artwork generation, previews, ordering, fulfillment, and related product operations.

Branded and third-party content

You may only submit, upload, reference, describe, or request use of branded names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted characters, images, or other branded content when you have all permissions, licenses, rights, or other authorization required to do so.

If your prompt, reference material, or requested generated image includes or resembles a brand, product, public figure, private person, likeness, copyrighted work, or other third-party material, you represent that you are fully authorized by the applicable brand owner, rights holder, or person to create, use, order, and share that artwork.

curateddd does not grant you rights in any third-party brand, trademark, copyrighted work, likeness, or other protected material. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, reference materials, generated outputs, and uses of artwork do not infringe or violate anyone else's rights.

Generated artwork

Generated artwork may be influenced by your prompts and reference materials, but AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, or suitable for every use. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

Subject to these Terms and any checkout-specific terms, you may use final artwork you lawfully create or purchase through curateddd. This permission does not include any third-party content or branded content unless you separately have authorization to use it.

Orders, payments, and fulfillment

Prices, product options, taxes, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and availability may change. An order is accepted only when confirmed through the service or by our payment or fulfillment provider.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Printed products and other physical goods may be produced and shipped by fulfillment partners. Their processing, delivery, and refund rules may also apply.

Prohibited uses

You may not use curateddd to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, mislead others, generate harmful or abusive content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

We may remove content, refuse requests, suspend access, or cancel orders if we believe use of the service violates these Terms, creates risk, or could harm curateddd, users, partners, or third parties.

curateddd intellectual property

curateddd and its licensors own the service, software, designs, logos, brand elements, workflows, and other materials we provide, excluding content you submit and final artwork rights expressly granted to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, curateddd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of curateddd after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
